We offer local delivery across Western Australia (WA). Delivery eligibility, distance, and charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery postcode. Free local delivery is available for orders with a minimum value of AUD $20 within the eligible local delivery range, with delivery completed in 1–2 business days. For extended local deliveries, delivery fees may apply depending on distance, and free delivery thresholds are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

For interstate and international orders, shipping charges and delivery timelines vary depending on destination, order size, and courier availability. Customers are required to contact us to confirm applicable shipping charges before or after placing an order.

Return & Exchange Policy
If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting information. Once verified, we will offer a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the issue and product availability.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or personal preference. Due to the nature of grocery and food products, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned, unless there is a fault or issue with the product.

If a return is approved due to a product fault or error on our part, we will provide instructions and cover the reasonable cost of return shipping. For all other approved returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.
